Long ago I dated a man who called me from payphones while drinking Jamba Juice and sharing sunsets. Sure, it was romantic, but I wanted to know more about this Jamba Juice. I’ve been a fan ever since, trying almost all the deliciousness packed into the cup. Now, Jamba Juice has added a Tropical Harvest Smoothie to their line of smoothies. It’s Jamba’s response to the alarming findings from a recent study* conducted by Produce for Better Health Foundation on America’s consumption of fruits and vegetables.

  • Only 8 percent of Americans achieve their recommended target for fruit in an average day
  • Only 6 percent of individuals meet their recommended target for vegetables in an average day.
  • 1 percent of adults and 2 percent of children meet both the fruit and veggie recommendations each day

As a Moms Meet Ambassador, I was able to try Jamba Juices Tropical Harvest. I really enjoyed the new flavors. The Apples n’ Greens was my favorite!

Jamba’s Fruit & Veggie smoothie line promises one serving of vegetables and two servings of fruit plus less than 250 calories per 16-ounce cup. They’re blended-to-order and made from only real, whole fruit and vegetable juice–no added sugar.

The Tropical Harvest Smoothie is made by blending yellow vegetable juice (butternut squash, sweet potato and carrot) real peaches and mango, passion fruit-mango juice, and ice. It’s free of dairy and gluten, an excellent source of Vitamins A and C and just 230 calories!

Apple ‘n Greens an apple-strawberry juice mixed with dark leafy green vegetables juice, carrots, lettuce, spirulina, peaches, mangos and bananas.

Orange Carrot Karma is comprised of carrot juice, orange juice, mangos and bananas.

Jamba Juice has also released Jamba Kids Berry Beet It! Smoothie. It’s made with a delicious blend of strawberries, mangos, bananas, and a mixed berry uice with carrots, beets, broccoli, spinach, kale and lettuce. It has only 190 calories, is free of dairy and gluten–plus, it’s an excellent source of Vitamins A, C, B6 and fiber.
