- 8 ounces (about 227 grams) semisweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup (about 160 milliliters) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons (about 28 grams) butter
- 2 tablespoons (about 30 milliliters) Irish Whiskey
How to Make Irish Car Bomb Filling:
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
Add to well-chopped chocolate and allow to sit for a minute before stirring with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add butter and whiskey and continue stirring until combined.
Let sit until thick (but not too thick to pipe).
Transfer to a Ziploc bag.
