In every renovation project, there comes a time when a bold decision must be made to push the boundaries of design. The great room, once a central gathering place for family and friends, now stands as a relic of the past—a space longing for a fresh start. With its outdated features, worn-out furnishings, and an inefficient layout, it’s time to bid farewell to the old and embrace the potential for something extraordinary.

Led by our expert team of designers, contractors, and craftsmen, we embark on a journey to transform this lackluster space into a stunning masterpiece that reflects the homeowners’ unique style and vision. But first, we must overcome the exhilarating challenge of demolition. Brimming with anticipation and armed with sledgehammers and determination, we are prepared to bring down walls, break through limitations, and unleash a wave of possibilities.

As we swing our hammers, shards of drywall scatter, revealing the hidden framework that will serve as the foundation for the great room’s rebirth. The atmosphere buzzes with excitement as the homeowners watch their space evolve before their eyes, trusting us to breathe new life into their cherished home. It’s a moment of both nostalgia and anticipation as memories of the old mingle with dreams of the new.

But demolition is not merely about destruction—it’s about creating a blank canvas upon which design dreams can be realized. With every swing of the hammer, we pave the way for endless opportunities—a larger, more functional space, flooded with natural light, adorned with carefully selected materials, and tailored to meet the unique needs and desires of the homeowners. From the rubble of the old, we will sculpt a breathtaking great room that will become the heart and soul of this rejuvenated home.

The Great Room has a fireplace. It will be the focal point. My dad took the wood stove from his parent’s home after Grandpa passed away and it will be a great reminder of that home and the memories a family makes.

We still need to remove the flooring from the Great Room (we expect everything here will need to be replaced because it’s sort of like a sponge currently), the floor in the laundry room.
