What You’ll Need

Fruit Arrangement Ingredients

  • 8-10 Strawberries
  • 1 Bag of Grapes
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Cantaloupe
  • Box of Dots Candy
  • Giant Hershey’s Milk or White Chocolate Bar
  • 20 Kabob Sticks
  • Flower Cookie Cutter (or carve a flower design if you don’t have one)

Easy Lemon Fruit Dip Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package of lemon pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Preparing the Fruit Arrangement

  1. Dots for Support: Slide Dots candy onto each kabob stick before adding fruit to prevent the fruit from sliding down.
  2. Chocolate-Covered Strawberries:
    • Cut the ends off the strawberries and place them on the sticks.
    • Melt the chocolate bar in a microwaveable bowl in 10-second intervals until smooth.
    • Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
    • Chill the strawberries in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
  3. Pineapple Flowers:
    • Cut the pineapple in half. Use one half as the base of the bouquet.
    • Slice 3-4 pieces from the other half, each about 1 inch thick.
    • Use the cookie cutter to cut flower shapes from the pineapple slices.
    • Slide the pineapple flowers to the top of the sticks, leaving 1/2 inch at the top for the centers.
  4. Cantaloupe Centers:
    • Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out enough balls to place as centers on the pineapple flowers.
    • Alternatively, you can use grapes as the centers.
  5. Grapes as Fillers: Use grapes to fill in the gaps in your arrangement. Add as many as needed to make the bouquet look full and vibrant.
