Easy Strawberry Pie Recipe
Gosh, every time I go to the grocery store, there’s been a big rack of really ripe strawberries for a ridiculous price that I can’t resist. I buy them, bring them home, wash and cut them and stick them in the freezer. Today the freezer needed cleaning out so I made this super easy Strawberry Pie.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
4 cups strawberries
1 pie shell (9-inch) baked
Whipped Cream
How to Make Strawberry Pie
Mix the sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan, stir constantly, cooking until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Pour over strawberries, mix well.
Pour mixture into pie shell, refrigerate until set.
Top with whipping cream or topping.
Makes 6-8 servings!
